    The Junior Track Instructor program is now year-round. Apply once and get matched to Culture Code Camp's four annual sessions — Summer, Fall Break, February Break, and Spring Break. Mornings: YOUR professional development. Afternoons: you lead alongside our track team, mentoring K–8 Builders. Paid stipend per camp.

    YOU MUST

    • > Be a rising 9th–12th grader (ages 14–17)
    • > Pass a background check before your first camp
    • > Commit to every day of the camps you're matched to
    • > Have a parent/guardian sign the permission form
    • > Arrive on time, every day

    • $ Take direction from your Track Lead
    • $ Show up professionally every day
    • $ Complete all morning deliverables

    One application covers all four camp sessions. Tell us your camp availability and track preferences.

    PARENT PERMISSION

    A parent or guardian completes and signs the permission form included in the application.

    Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis throughout the year. Earlier is better.

    BACKGROUND CHECK

    Selected JTIs complete a background check before their first camp. RITE covers the cost.
